After you submit your online report, you will receive an email to the email address you entered on the incident report page to “Review and Sign” your submitted report. Once you open the “Review and Sign” document, you will have an opportunity to upload photos and/or attach an additional file providing further explanation of your report summary.
If you do not have any additional files to upload, continue to the bottom of the “Review and Sign” document and sign your report. You MUST sign your report in order to submit it to the University Police Department.
