Please complete the Proposal Submission form after you have emailed your advisor-approved proposal to your committee members and the graduate coordinator. Your advisor must sign this Proposal Submission Form no later than 7 days prior to the first day of classes. Your committee members must sign no later than 7 days after the first day of classes.
